Kiran Grewal

Kiran Grewal is a board-certified physician assistant who works with Dr Alex Bradley in fracture care, assisting with hip and knee joint replacement and revision surgery.

Kiran graduated from Touro University with her Master of Science in PhysicIan Assistant Studies and Public Health.  “I try to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care journey to improve their quality of life. It’s not just about treating the physical aspects of their condition but also supporting them mentally from start to finish—pre-op consultations all the way through to recovery,” she says.

Kiran’s decision to pursue a career as a physician assistant stems from a deep-seated desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. It aligns with her values of empathy and selflessness, allowing her to contribute to healthcare in a way that feels both rewarding and aligned with who she is.

“I grew up in an active family, playing soccer and golf.  Now I enjoy hot yoga, trying new cuisines and spending time with family and friends.”

Kayla Traini

Kayla Traini is an experienced physician assistant specializing in hip, knee, and total joint care, including both primary and revision joint replacement surgeries. She works closely with Dr. Alex Bradley to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for patients with hip and knee conditions.

With five years of clinical experience, Kayla performs detailed history and physical examinations, orders and interprets diagnostic studies, and guides patients toward efficient and accurate diagnoses. In the clinic, she provides a wide range of in-office procedures, including intra-articular knee injections and aspirations, bursal injections, and post-operative wound care. Her goal is to ensure that every patient receives timely, effective, and personalized care.

Kayla’s patient-care philosophy is rooted in compassion and respect. She strives to treat every patient as she would her own family, believing that this mindset leads to the most thorough, thoughtful, and high-quality care. She is committed to helping patients regain their mobility, restore their quality of life, and return to the activities they love as quickly and safely as possible.

Inspired by her mother’s work in healthcare and shaped by her lifelong involvement in athletics, Kayla developed a deep appreciation for the musculoskeletal system early on. Growing up in Ohio, she played collegiate basketball and experienced firsthand the importance of orthopedic care, fueling her desire to help others overcome injuries and movement-related challenges.

Outside of medicine, Kayla enjoys an active lifestyle, including weightlifting, Peloton cycling, and playing pickleball. She and her husband recently welcomed their first child in September 2025, a son who has quickly become their pride and joy. Being a mother is a role she cherishes deeply, and her family remains her greatest source of happiness and inspiration.

Alexandra Rebosura

Alexandra Rebosura is a highly experienced in the orthopedic field, and has spent over 7 years working as a medical assistant across multiple practices. She graduated from Fordham University in 2018 with a bachelor of arts degree in Natural Sciences and Biology. With her strong background, she acts in a leadership role within our Golden State Orthopedics & Spine, not only helping our patients, but also supporting her colleagues. Her deep empathy and extensive knowledge base allows her to be an amazing resource for our patients for questions or concerns that may arise during their healing journey.

Naleah miramon

Naleah Miramon has been a great addition to our team. She graduated from University of California Santa Barbara in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. She has held numerous scribe and clinical jobs before joining Golden State Orthopedics & Spine. She assists Dr. Bradley during his clinic visits, and provides additional support to Alexandra to help answer and deal with patient issues that arise during their recovery.
